This Glossary is created to help clarifying some translation issues of the Tipitaka. Also, this is a good start for searching if you are looking for some technical terms.
We realize that there is no standard way to translate the Tipitaka, as scholars could never settle on any translation. For example, the famous term Dukka is generally translated suffering, but some scholars prefer oppression, dissatisfaction, or disease. So, this Glossary is a starting point for us in unifying and standardize the Tipitaka translation.
